Royal icing is a delicious icing that hardens, made from confectioners sugar (aka powdered sugar) and meringue powder (dried egg whites).

Our lemon sugar cookies are nut and peanut free, however they are made on equipment that come in contact with products containing nuts.

Cookies are packed in air-tight heat sealed bags and stay fresh for a few weeks. Avoid extreme heat and do not refrigerate. 

Sugar cookies can be frozen up to six months. We recommend you "stand up" the cookies to defrost  (vs. stack on top of each other) to minimize icing distortion.

We are based in Kitsilano and can deliver within Vancouver-proper for orders of 36 or more cookies. Delivery fee will apply for smaller orders and other areas of the Lower Mainland. We can also ship within Canada.
